In a terrifying incident in Houston, a pregnant woman had a harrowing experience during a home invasion. The woman, who was eight months pregnant, woke up to find a man in her bedroom. As she tried to run downstairs, the man grabbed her, leading to a struggle that was captured on a monitor.

According to Cesar Garza, the woman’s husband, his wife remained remarkably calm throughout the traumatic incident. Despite the attacker’s threats, she tried to escape and even screamed “I’m pregnant! I’m pregnant! I’m pregnant!” as she fought back.
The Aftermath and Call for Justice
After a scuffle, the woman managed to escape and run outside, shouting for help. The attacker fled with some valuables, leaving the woman shaken but physically okay. However, as a precaution, she stayed in the hospital overnight for monitoring due to mild contractions.
Garza expressed his hope that the perpetrator would be caught soon, emphasizing the brazenness of the attack in broad daylight and the danger he posed not just to his wife but to others as well.
The Houston Police Department is urging anyone with information about the incident or the perpetrator, described as a man with a gray goatee wearing a black shirt, baseball cap, and gloves, to come forward.
