Unfortunately, the curtain has closed on Greenspoint Mall, with an official closure date of June 30. Tenants have until July 31 to vacate the premises or risk losing their inventory.

However, across the street, a new open-air shopping area called CityNorth is starting to attract modern retailers.

The Future Looks Bright for Greenspoint
One of the new housing complexes, Renaissance Park Summit, is a promising project funded in part by Hurricane Harvey recovery funds and developed in partnership with the City of Houston. Rental rates will be income-based, ensuring that residents have access to quality housing that fits their budget. The ground floor of the residential building will also feature retail spaces, adding to the convenience and appeal of the development.
