Although now downgraded to a tropical storm, Debbie continues to bring heavy rainfall to the southeastern coast, posing a risk of catastrophic flooding in the coming days. On another note, a new tropical wave is developing in the Atlantic Ocean, with a 30% chance of further development over the next 7 days.
