Composite Sketch Released in Connection with Fatal Shooting in Houston

Houston police have released a composite sketch of a suspected shooter in connection with the fatal shooting of 34-year-old Claudio Diaz. The shooting took place on July 9 on Club Creek Drive near Beltway 8 in southwest Houston.

Details of the Shooting Incident

According to reports, police responded to a call of shots fired in Club Creek and found Diaz in the roadway with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite efforts to save him, Diaz was pronounced dead at the scene.

Investigators believe that Diaz got into a confrontation with two unidentified individuals, leading to one of them pulling out a gun and shooting him. Following the shooting, both suspects fled the scene.

Appeal for Information

After gathering information from witnesses, police have released a composite sketch of the suspected shooter. Authorities are urging anyone with details about the identity or whereabouts of the suspects to come forward. They can contact the HPD Homicide Unit at 713-308-3600 or Crime Stoppers anonymously at 713-222-TIPS.

Investigations are ongoing, and law enforcement officials are working diligently to bring justice to the family of Claudio Diaz and ensure that the perpetrators are held accountable for their actions.

Anyone with relevant information is encouraged to assist in the investigation, as every piece of information, no matter how small it may seem, could be crucial in solving the case.
