Man Charged with Murder After Fatal Police Pursuit in North Houston
Joseph Gebbia, a Magnolia resident with a history of violence, was charged with murder, unlawful possession of a firearm, and unlawful possession of body armor after leading law enforcement on a chase in north Houston. The pursuit tragically resulted in the death of a pedestrian, a 55-year-old woman waiting along the Northern Expressway.
