Recent Murder Case Shocks Houston South Side Community
Dnarion Henderson, 23, Kenya Bell, 19, and Jquerian Minor, 21, are facing charges for the murder of Francisco Merino, 29, who was shot and killed during a robbery on July 17 in Houston. The tragic incident took place at a store on Mykawa Road, leaving the community in shock.
Arrests Made in Connection to the Murder
Henderson and Bell were quickly apprehended after the shooting and were charged with Merino’s death. However, it was recently revealed that Minor, aged 21, has also been charged in connection to the case. Minor was arrested in Fort Worth on an unrelated charge and is currently in custody at the Tarrant County Jail.
Seeking Justice for the Victim
The Houston police reported that the assailant, wearing a balaclava and mask, entered the store, robbed it, and then shot Merino before fleeing on foot. Despite witnesses calling 911, Merino tragically passed away at the scene. The community is urged to come forward with any information that may aid in bringing justice for the victim.
